COVID-19 FAQs

COVID-19 & Circuit Breaker Related:

A team by the Government to look into whether you have food or not, hygiene practices, improve safe distancing, what happens if you get sick and how you can send money home.

A place for confirm COVID-19 patients who are not serious or little symptoms. After testing & confirm, you will move here immediately, not hospital. After CCF, you will go Community Recovery Facility (cannot infect people anymore).

This is a stressful period for everyone, and it is important to recognise that it is normal to feel stressed, confused, scared or angry during this crisis.

Maintain contact with your friends and family over the phone. The government will be providing free wifi during this time. Also, Singtel, M1 and Starhub will be distributing free data cards to dormitories so you can stay connected.

Find a credible source to get factual updates about what is happening. You can check the links on our Resource center for credible News Sources.

Employment FAQs

All Special Pass holders will have their passes auto renewed upon date of expiry. An SMS will be sent to the Special Pass holder’s mobile phone.

If you are having a cough, fever, runny nose or sore throat:

 

  1. Please put on a mask.
  2. Please inform your employer that you are not feeling well.
  3. Employer will arrange for you to see a doctor.

 

For other illnesses, you may call the MOM Hotline (6438 5122) during office hours for assistance.

If you hold a valid Special Pass, you are entitled to claim a Healthcare bag from us during our Clinic Hours while stocks last. Please text 9859 9093 to check if it is available.

Please show your appointment card to your employer or dormitory security. They will allow you to go for your appointment if you are not staying at one of the gazetted isolation dormitories.
